You can return any Rug, Doormat, Accent furniture, or Matologie mat within 30 days of your purchase.

- First 7 Days: Changed your mind? Return it for free—no restocking fees.
- Day 8 to Day 30: You can still return it! A 10% restocking fee will apply.
How to Return
- Email us at hello@erbanica.com to start your return.
- We’ll send you a free return shipping label.
- Wrap the product in its original, unused packaging, attach the return label, and drop it off.
Once we receive your return at our warehouse and verify everything’s in order, we’ll process your refund—minus the applicable restocking fee if it applies.
